Balanced Body Spa is such a hidden gem in the Valley. I’ve been going to Nina and her team for facials, and they’ve been amazing with my skin. Incredible massage and adjustment. My back was out of alignment and it hurt to sit then stand. When I walked out I was able to touch my toes and not be in pain. The therapist even showed me some exercises to do at home. I left relaxed and not in constant pain. Don't wait to go in. I waited way to long to go it. High Reccomendation. Adding to the review years later. Had a frozen shoulder was actually doing PT for it. Interesting thing after an hour appointment of them working with my shoulder. I realized 3 weeks later. The shoulder had healed and I was able to use my arm. Always worth the drive…
